Dr. Nixin Swift is Indigenous and was diagnosed with ADHD and autism later in life. That experience shaped how he leads BizSync. His doctorate in business administration confirmed what he already knew from the field: when people can bring their authentic selves to work, performance, safety and loyalty all improve.

I am a part of the LGBTQIA2S+ community, a tattoo artist, and I know what it feels like to be judged before I open my mouth. At BizSync, I do not have to code-switch or cover up who I am. I show up with my sleeves, my identity, and my skills — and I am valued for all of it.
I am an Indigenous woman and a former addictions and mental health counsellor. I spent years helping people find their footing. Now I bring that same human-centered approach to BizSync — building partnerships where people are seen, supported, and set up to succeed.
