BizSync was born from a crisis. When COVID-19 shut down projects overnight and skilled professionals were sent home with no certainty of return, founder Dr. Nixin Swift, DBA refused to wait for the market to recover — he built a solution.
What began as remote safety consulting, virtual inspections and digital compliance evolved into a multi-sector workforce and contracting company operating across oil & gas, utilities, high-rise conversions, industrial projects and large-scale construction.
Indigenous-owned and built from field experience, BizSync now deploys vetted HSE advisors, skilled labour, trade professionals, project managers and full-scope support across Canada — grounded in one core belief: people are not disposable line items.

Eighteen years in oil and gas taught Nixin that safety is culture — not paperwork — and that credibility must be earned shift by shift. When COVID-19 collapsed the sector's safety roles, he pivoted from consultant to founder, launching what would become BizSync.
His leadership approach is direct: transparency over comfort, standards over shortcuts, and long-term trust over short-term revenue. That discipline is what took BizSync from crisis-era remote safety work into full-scope workforce and project execution across some of Canada's most complex industrial scopes — including a recent high-rise conversion completed only once before in North America, taken over mid-stream and delivered on schedule, on budget, and with zero injuries.
Combining field credibility with a doctorate in business psychology, Nixin has built BizSync around structural diversity, competency-verified hiring, and homegrown technology like the ALIGNR platform — tools built from real site frustration, not trend adoption. In 2026, Nixin was named Entrepreneur of the Year by TheCEOViews magazine.

Sam is the engine behind every project start. From subcontractor agreements and vendor negotiations to purchase orders, compliance documentation and deadline tracking, she makes sure the right people, materials and contracts are in place before the first boot hits the site. When work flows smoothly, clients can thank Sam for the foundation no one sees — but every crew depends on.
Kara turns relationships into momentum. She works across business development, client success and internal operations to identify new opportunities, strengthen existing partnerships and make sure BizSync grows without losing the personal accountability our clients expect. Every long-term account and strategic win has her fingerprints on it.
